When you first arrive you are greeted by ample parking in the large gravel driveway. The carport offers additional covered parking for those days when the weather is acting up. The outdoor shower is located just off the parking area so that you can rinse off the day’s worth of sand before heading upstairs to enjoy some relaxation inside. Take the elevator up from the carport to get your vacation started! 

The first floor of this reverse floor plan property offers 3 of the 4 bedrooms. On the right or the street side of the home, you will find the Queen Suite. This room is complete with a Queen size bed, Flat Screen wall-mounted TV, as well as access to a private balcony and a private full bath. The attached bathroom offers a Show Tub combo and a double vanity sink. The private covered balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while you watch the Island come to life each morning.  A full shared bathroom is centrally located in the hall and offers a shower tub combo and a double vanity sink. Across the hall, you will find the remaining bedrooms on this floor. The first room offers a Twin-over-Full bunk bed set, Flat Screen TV, and access to the shared back deck. The final bedroom on this floor offers a Double size bed, wall-mounted Flat Screen TV, and access to the shared back balcony. Full-size stackable washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet on this floor so you’ll have every convenience of home while on vacation!

Head upstairs and feel peace set in as you soak in the incredible Island View that greets you. The open living area provides ample seating, a large flat-screen wall-mounted TV, tasteful decor, and windows for days! Just off the living room is the large island view deck where you can sit out and enjoy our stunning Topsail Island Sunsets. The well-lit dining area is surrounded by windows and invites your whole family to gather together for incredible family feasts. The large table offers seating for 12 with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen bar. The owners thoughtfully stocked the home in order to provide their guests with everything they may need to prepare chef-worthy meals throughout their stay. The open kitchen provides all stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, a double oven, dishware, and cookware as well as all of the standard cooking utensils to make you feel right at home. Off the kitchen, you will find a half bath so your guests can freshen up before you settle in for dinner. When you need some fresh air after standing over the stove, step out through the sliding glass doors onto the large back balcony and enjoy a stunning view of the neighborhood.

Last but not least, we come to the final floor of this beautiful home where you find the Master Suite. This contemporary private space offers a King bed, Large Flat Screen TV, a walk-in Closet, work station, and a private bath with a double vanity sink, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower. The most stunning part of this suite is the multiple decks that offer incredible views of both the Intracoastal waterway AND the Atlantic Ocean. You won't even remember what stress feels like while you are relaxing the day away. 

The nearest beach access is just a short walk through the neighborhood away, at the corner of Mecklenburg Ave and N Shore Drive. • Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
  
  

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $201 + tax.
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

  All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
