Located just north of the center of town, Islands Delite is the prefect 3 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront home for any pet friendly family. Enjoy stunning oceanviews and quick walks in to town for an afternoon treat. As you arrive at the home you will find there is ample parking for several cars in the carport and gravel driveway. You are greeted by a breathtaking ocean view as you come up the stairs to the front door. Come inside and make yourself at home! The stunning remodeled kitchen provides all of your basic cooking needs so you can enjoy family meals with your stunning view. The dinning table over looks the oceanfront deck and offers seating for 6, with 2 addtional stools at the bar. The cozy living room offer a direct view of the Atlantic so if that sun gets too hot you dont have to miss out on watching the dolphins as they swim by. Roku streaming TV service and a DVD player is available on the large flat screen living room TV. Wireless internet service can be reached through out the home.
The first bedroom (streetside) offers a Queen bed. The second bedroom(streetside) also offers a Queen bed. The third bedroom (center) offers a double bed as well as a twin bunk bed set. Prefect to the kids in your party to all stay together! All three bedrooms have Flatscreen TVs that are connected to Roku TV services and DVD players. One shared bathroom offers a shower tub combo and vanity sink, which the second bathroom offers a shower stall and vanity sink.
Off the living room enjoy a spacious deck with ample funriture so you can soak in that one of a kind view in comfort. The beach walkway is shared with the other half of the dulpex, which is also managed by Lewis Realty! Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
A Full house linen package can be rented for $201 + tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)See our Available Rental Items page (link) for a complete list of rentable items to add to your reservation!
A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.
