As you open the slider door and enter this modernized home, you will feel like you just stepped into a magazine. The open living room includes coastal contemporary furnishings, complete with a loveseat, oversized chair, and comfy memory foam sleeper sofa. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies with cable access on the flat screen Smart TV. Easily access your Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services without ever leaving the couch! Hardwood floors add to the luxury of this space and ensure easy clean up in case of spills!. There is even a desk for those work-a-holics in your party to set up and connect to the WiFi, while still enjoying the view from the front picture window. The kitchen will take your breath away with its modern look and classic charm. All of your basic cooking needs will be right at your fingertips., pull out a cutting board and become a master chef while enjoying the stunning view of the ocean right in front of you.

Just down the hall, on the right, you will find the first bedroom, which offers a Queen bed and access to the shared full bathroom across the hall. At the end of the hall you will find the Master Suite, complete with a queen bed and flat screen TV to delight the heads of the family. The private master bath offers a beautiful stand up tiled shower, vanity sink, and a dual flush toilet.

With two decks and an abundance of outdoor space, you cannot only enjoy this great home on the inside but take the party outside to enjoy fresh Topsail air too! • Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
  
  

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $123 + tax. 
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

• No pesky Security Deposits!
  
  All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

• This property offers Lockbox entry at the property. Lockbox access codes will be sent to the reservation holder via text shortly before arrival.
