When you first arrive you are greeted by ample parking in the large gravel driveway. The carport offers additional covered parking for those days when the weather is being crazy. The outdoor shower is located just off the parking area so that you can rinse off the sand you brought back from the beach before heading upstairs. Use your keyless entry code to enter your home away from home.To the right of the door you have a storage area that is perfect for you dumping your beach gear before heading upstairs. Climb the stairs or take the elevator up to get your vacation started!

The first floor of this property offers 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 2 of the 4 bathrooms. You will find 2  full bathrooms with beautiful granite counter tops and glass enclosed shower, that are shared with the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a Twin over Double bunkbed with smart TV and access to the spacious front deck. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed and also has access to front deck and  a SmartTV. The 3rd and final bedroom on this floor is the King suite which offers a King size bed with front deck access a SmartTV and a private bath that includes double vanity sinks and glassed enclosed shower walk in closet.

Head upstairs and get whisked away by the tasteful decor, open air feel and stunning views of the spacious living area. This open room provides ample seating, a large flat-screen TV, and endless windows so you can soak in the true beauty of Topsail Island. Just off the living room is the large island view deck where you can enjoy evening meals, afternoon naps or just watch Island life go by. The dining area is surrounded by multiple windows and invites your whole family to gather together for incredible family meals. The large table offers seating for 8 with an additional 3 seats at the kitchen bar. The open kitchen provides all stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, dishware, and cookware as well as all of the standard cooking utensils to make you feel right at home. Just off the kitchen, you will find a half bath so your guests can freshen up before you all enjoy your royal feast. Step out through the sliding glass doors in the kitchen onto the large back balcony and enjoy stunning treetop views. The final bedroom, which is a Queen suite, is also located on this floor and is complete with a smart TV, access to a spacious beack and private bath with tub-shower combo.

• Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
  
  

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $357+ tax.
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

  All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
