With breathtaking ocean views and room for the whole team, you’ll find yourself caught in a pickle deciding between a lazy day on the beach or exploring everything Topsail has to offer.

Whether you're catching waves or catching the sun, The Sandlot is all about creating unforgettable memories. Imagine waking up to the sound of the ocean and sipping morning coffee on the deck as the waves roll in. Spend your days beachcombing, building sandcastles, or riding the waves, then gather in the evenings for unforgettable moments just like the neighborhood kids in the movie.

With spacious bedrooms for sweet dreams after salty adventures, a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking up a feast (or roasting marshmallows if you're feeling nostalgic), and beach access so close you’ll be calling it “The Big Yard,” this home will have you falling in love with the beach all over again.

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per occupancy, bathmats for each full bath, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.
