This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Oceanfront home is located on S. Anderson Blvd in Topsail Beach. When you first arrive, you will find parking for 2 vehicles in the covered carport area, plus ample parking in front of the home. Use your keyless access code to enter and get your vacation started.
When you open the door at your vacation home, you will find a spacious kitchen with plenty of space for the family to join in cooking meals together. Directly across you have the dining room that seats 6 people and 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.
After your tummies get full, walk into the living room area and enjoy the relaxing views of the ocean. Also on this floor is a full bathroom as well as a bedroom with a Queen bed with its own private balcony overlooking the sound side of the house. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find two bedrooms and a second full bathroom shared between them. Both bedrooms have two twin beds.
When it's beach time, you are a few steps from the beach. Don’t delay, book your stay at La Posada today!

Cute place

This property was quite cozy and homey.
This property was quite cozy and homey. The walk to the beach, and the view from the home, were huge perks. The sky lights were a plus! Far enough onto the island to not be "touristy" but close enough to shops and local options for entertainment.
