Let the rhythm of the waves soothe your soul when you stay at Sand Dancer.  Nestled in the charming Village of Stump Sound neighborhood, Sand Dancer is a well-appointed 4 bedroom 3.5 bath Single-family Oceanfront home with community pool access. 

When you first arrive you will find ample parking with a long gravel driveway and covered carport.  An enclosed outdoor shower is located in the carport area for easy access when you come off the beach. The laundry room is also located off the carport and offers a full-sized washer and dryer. Enjoy the cornhole set and beach chairs that are stored in the laundry room for guest use.  Listen to the ocean breeze signing the sweet song of summer as you walk up the front stairs and use your keyless access code on the door to get your vacation started!

As you enter the property you are greeted by the first-floor bedrooms.  To your right, you have the first bedroom that offers a King Size Bed, Flat screen Smart TV, access to the covered oceanfront deck, and a private full bath. This bath is complete with a vanity sink and shower stall. The next bedroom down the hall offers a Queen Size bed, Flat Screen Smart TV, and also has access to the covered oceanfront deck.  This bedroom offers access to the Jack and Jill bathroom with vanity sink and Shower Tub Combo. Walk through the bathroom and you come to the final bedroom on this floor. This bedroom offers 2 sets of Twin Bunk beds and access to the covered street-side deck with sound views. Exit this bedroom into the foyer and walk up the stairs to the main living area.  

Once upstairs you are greeted by an open living space and a stunning ocean view. Multiple windows fill this area with natural light and allow you to soak in the beauty that Topsail Island has to offer. On the right is the fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up home-cooked meals so your family will feel right at home! The dining area overlooks the ocean and offers seating for 4 at the table with an additional 6 seats at the kitchen bar. To the left side of this open area, you will find the living room which offers plenty of seating for your entire family, a large wall-mounted Flat Screen Smart TV, an electric fireplace, and access to the oceanfront sundeck. Step out to enjoy a cup of coffee or have your meals outside at the pub table where you can hear the siren song of the ocean as it crashes on the beach just a few steps away. When it is time to freshen up after a long day on the beach there is a half bath conveniently located just off the kitchen. Last, but certainly not least, we come to the final bedroom. This Master Suite offers a King Size Bed, Flat Screen Smart TV, access to a private Soundside deck, and a large private Master Bathroom. The bathroom offers not only a shower but a jetted bathtub and a large walk-in closet. 

The Village of Stump sound is a private community with convenient private beach accesses, tennis courts, a sound side Kayak Launch, a clubhouse, and a large seasonally available community pool. There are also private, beach-accessible bathrooms at the clubhouse for guests to use while on the beach and at the pool. With all of the comforts of home, and so much more, What's not to love? • A Full house linen package can be rented for $396 + tax. 
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.
