As you drive up, you will find ample parking for up to 4 cars in the double driveway. Head up the front stairs and use your keyless access code to get your vacation started! The foyer area leads you to the bedroom level of this reverse floor plan home. To the left, you find the Master bedroom Suite, complete with a King bed and a Twin bed, a large flatscreen Smart TV, oceanfront covered deck access, a large walk-in closet, and a private bath. The large private bath includes a stunning glass shower stall and jacuzzi tub along with a large vanity sink. The next bedroom, centrally located in the hall, offers a Queen bed and a Twin bed, a Flat Screen TV with streaming services, and access to the covered oceanfront deck. The last bedroom on this floor is located at the end of the hall and offers a king-sized bed, a Flat Screen TV with streaming services, and access to the covered oceanfront deck. The Queen and single King rooms both share a large full bath with double vanity sinks and a shower tub combo. The laundry room is conveniently located in the hall and offers a full-sized washer and dryer.

Up the stairs, to the main living area, you are immediately greeted by an open floor plan that invites you to soak in the incredible ocean view this home offers. The living area features 7 windows overlooking the Atlantic for a one-of-a-kind view! The living area also features a flat panel television with streaming services, wireless internet, and ample comfortable seating so your family can gather around to enjoy movie night after a long day on the beach. The kitchen area of the home is sure to please the chef of the family. It features granite countertops, a gas rangeland all other major appliances. Fully stocked with all of your basic cooking needs you will be able to whip up incredible meals with ease. Enjoy those tasty treats at the large dining room table or out on the deck with an amazing ocean view. The top-floor oceanfront deck offers tons of seating and several tables so you can enjoy watching the dolphins swim by as you sip your coffee in the morning. If you get lucky, you may even get to experience a turtle nest hatching! Topsail Island is a nesting destination for several species of Sea Turtles so be sure to keep your oceanfront lights out at night to help the baby turtles find their way back to the ocean after they hatch.

Off the living area, you will find the remaining bedrooms and shared baths. The oceanfront bedroom offers a King-sized bed, flat screen TV, access to the oceanfront deck, and the shared full bath. The final bedroom offers two unique triple bunk bed sets and a flats screen TV. This room is perfect for all the little hatchlings in your group to stick together. These bedrooms have access to the full bath that is centrally located. This bathroom offers a vanity sink and shower tub combo.

When the sun is too hot, or you have had enough of the beach for the day your family can enjoy some time outside in the private yard and covered sitting area located on the ground level. • Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.

• No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

• This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
