Whether you're fueling up for the day or winding down, the dining area seats 6 comfortably, with 3 more seats at the breakfast bar—perfect for pancakes or happy hour!

The cozy living room invites you to put your feet up and stream your stress away with comfy couches and a large Smart TV. Craving that ocean breeze? Step out to the screened-in back porch, complete with 2 tables for outdoor dining. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply soaking in the sound of the waves. Want to lay it all out in the sun? The adjoining sun deck features built-in benches and a private walkway down to the beach. There's even a handy foot-rinse shower at the top of the stairs to keep the sand where it belongs—outside!

The main floor features two well-appointed bedrooms: one with a King bed and ocean views, and another with a Queen bed plus two Twins, perfect for the kiddos or extra guests. These share a spacious hall bath with a double vanity and a shower/tub combo.
