When you first arrive you are greeted by a large gravel driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars. Head up the front steps and use your keyless access code to check in at the property and get your vacation started! You enter the home into the kitchen area, which is complete with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a full array of basic cooking supplies. Your family can enjoy those meals a the dining room table, which offers seating for 6, or at the breakfast bar, which has an additional 3 seats. When you are ready to relax for the evening head to the living room where you will find comfortable couches and a large flat-screen Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies. What to hear the ocean while you enjoy your coffee? Step out back and get cozy on the screened-in porch, which offers seating and a small table with 4 chairs. When you need some extra sun, step out again and enjoy the sun deck with large benches and direct access down to the beach. A foot-rinse shower is located at the top of the stairs so you can wash away the sand before heading back inside. This floor offers 2 bedrooms and a full-size bath. The bedrooms are located just off the living room. The first bedroom offers a King bed, flat-screen TV, and ocean views. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, two Twin beds, and street-side views. These bedrooms share the full bath that is located in the hall and is complete with a double vanity sink and Shower Tub combo.

Heading downstairs you enter the bonus room which acts as a secondary living area with a TV as well as a spare sleeping area with a pyramid bunk bed set (Twin over Double). You also have access to the parking area through the wet weather entry door. Down the hall, on the left, you will find the laundry room that offers a full-sized washer and dryer. The remaining two bedrooms in this property are located at the end of the hall and both offer Queen beds and flat-screen TVs. These bedrooms share a full bath which is located in the hall and offers a stand-up shower and vanity sink.
