When you first arrive you will find parking for 3 to 4 cars on the street side of the home. Use your keyless access code for check in and come on in! You come to the kitchen area first, complete with all major appliances and your basic cooking needs. Whip up amazing meals with the family or just enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the mornings before you head out to the beach. There is seating for 6 at the table and an additional 3 stools at the bar. Just past the kitchen you will find the living room. This space offers ample seating for the whole family so that you can gather together to watch your favorite shows and movies on the Large Flat Screen TV. This home is equipped with high speed Wireless internet, as well as smart TVs that provide streaming services for your entertainment needs. Step outside on to the large back deck and soak in waterfront living at its finest. With tons of outdoor seating, multiple levels of decks, covered areas and a boat dock, what more could you ask for? Hang out on the deck all day while the kids play in the yard and the rest of the family goes fishing, you’ve earned it!

When it’s time to retire for the day, the sleeping arrangements will not disappoint. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed , flat screen TV, and a private bath. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed. The third and final bedroom offers a King bed. There are 2 full shared bathrooms for guests conveniently located in the hall and off the living room area. 

Please note that this property offers a private boat dock but does not have a ramp. You will need to use a public access and pull around to the property. The boat lifts at the property are not available for guest use.

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $123 + tax. 
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

• No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
