Upon arrival, you'll find convenient parking for 3 to 4 cars on the street side of the home. Unlock the door using your keyless access code and step into your coastal oasis.

The kitchen area welcomes you first, complete with all major appliances and your essential cooking needs. Whip up amazing meals with your loved ones or savor a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning before venturing out to the beach. The dining area provides seating for 6 at the table and an additional 3 stools at the bar. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll discover the inviting living room. This space offers ample seating for the whole family, allowing you to gather together and enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large flat-screen TV. The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet and smart TVs that provide streaming services for your entertainment needs. Step outside onto the expansive back deck and immerse yourself in waterfront living at its finest. With abundant outdoor seating, multiple levels of decks, covered areas, and a boat dock, every moment spent here is a treasure. When it's time to retire for the day, the sleeping arrangements will not disappoint. The first bedroom offers a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, while the third and final bedroom indulges you with a King bed. Conveniently located in the hallway and off the living room area, there are two full shared bathrooms for guests to utilize.

Please note that while this property offers a private boat dock, it does not have a ramp. You can access the property through a nearby public access point and make your way to the dock. The boat lifts at the property are not available for guest use.

• Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.

• No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

• This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
