When you first arrive you are greeted by a large driveway that can accommodate up 6 cars. Use your keyless access code to check in at the property and get your vacation started! On the first floor of this reverse floor plan home, you will find 4 of the 5 bedrooms as well as 3 full baths and a laundry room conveniently located off the hall. The first bedroom offers a Queen size bed, a Private Bath, and access to a covered deck. The second bedroom also offers a Queen size bed, a Private Bath, and access to a covered deck. This bedroom also offers a Flat Screen Smart TV The third bedroom offers a Queen size bed and Flat Screen Smart TV. The final bedroom offers 2 Twin Bunk Bed sets and a Flat Screen Smart TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full size bath. 

Head upstairs where you are greeting by the open living area. Ample seating for the whole family is provided so that you can gather after a long day on the beach to catch up on your favorite shows and movies on the large flat-screen TV. Enjoy the stunning ocean views through the multiple windows that surround the room. When you need to soak up some sun, step out on to the spacious deck just off the living room. You can enjoy meals at the table, or just relax in the reclining chairs while watching the wave crash in front of you. You may even see a pod of dolphins swim by! When your crew gets hungry head back inside and whip up a chef-worthy meal in the stunning kitchen. Complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of your basic cooking needs you will feel like a professional while you saute.  The large dining table offers seating for 6 and there are an additional 4 stools at the bar so your whole family can enjoy meals together. A half-bath powder room is located just off the kitchen so your guests can freshen up before taking a seat. Lastly, we come to the Queen Suite. This stunning space offers a Queen Size bed, flat-screen TV, ocean views, and a large private bath will a stunning oversized tile shower.

• Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
  
  

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $ 318 + tax.
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

• No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
