M and M Candy are ready to welcome guests to experience a wonderful Topsail vacation! If you are looking for a sweet and quiet spot to land for your next vacation, M and M Candy is sure to please! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Oceanfront Beach Cottage is conveniently located near local shops and restaurants in the quaint town of Topsail Beach you will be able to enjoy the slow pace of Island life while you are here.

As you arrive at M and M Candy, you will find ample parking underneath the home and in the driveway, sure to accommodate all the family. In the front yard, you will be pleased with the park-type fixed charcoal grill, sure to cook those steaks and burgers up! The deck and stairs on the side of the home provide direct access to the home and the oceanside. Once entering the property from the deck, you are greeted by the first oceanfront bedroom complete with television, access to the deck, and a king sized bed. Across from this bedroom, you will find a Full Shared bath complete with a shower-tub combo and vanity sink.

As you come down the hall you enter the main living area. The open floor plan of the property provides a bright and airy atmosphere, complete with oceanfront views! The living area features two sofas and a love seat so that your whole family can gather after a long day on the beach to relax together. The living area also features a 37-inch flat-panel television complete with digital & expanded channels. Direct access and panoramic views of beautiful Topsail Beach are just steps away through the patio door off the living room area. Out on the oceanfront deck, you will find the most beautiful views ever while relaxing in the several rockers that are just begging to be read in. There are also other types of patio chairs on the deck for plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and all the smaller kitchen items needed for that perfect fresh seafood meal. The dining table seats six so your family can gather together to enjoy a peaceful meal with a stunning ocean view.

On the opposite side of the living area, you will find two more bedrooms and a full bath. The ocean-front bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-panel television, and direct access to the oceanfront deck. The third bedroom features two single beds and a flat-panel TV, making it perfect for the little mates in your crew.

• Linens (Sheets and towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Queen and King Beds)
