It speaks for itself! Beach House, located on the oceanfront in the desirable area of south Surf City, has everything you could need for you and your pet pal's vacation! Oceanfront bedrooms, a gated covered deck, upstairs sun deck, and a streetside balcony (the place to be for sunsets!) are just a few of the notable perks of this home. The location is ideal for those vacationers looking to be in a partially secluded area, while being a short drive from restaurants, shopping, the pier, and other Topsail Island attractions. Recently renovated, this beach cottage features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a touch of tasteful traditional beach decor, ample seating inside and out, and so much sunlight!
You'll see just how much this Topsail gem has to offer, whether you are dining with the ocean view, relaxing with your little ones or pup on the gated deck, or enjoying a cocktail with your significant other in front of the electric fireplace. The layout of this cottage provides easy access to any place in the house, and is steps from the beach (the main attraction!). An open concept is offered on the main floor, so you can continue catching up with loved ones while cooking, eating, or gathering for a family game. A rare feature, Beach House's bedrooms are all oceanfront, so you won't have to fight over them! The living room, as well as all the bedrooms, have private flat screen TVs with local channels, and WiFi is provided throughout the house. The living room and master bedroom both feature Amazon Fire, to stream movies on rainy days! The master bedroom also has a DVD player, so bring your favorites along. A queen sleeper sofa is offered in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements..
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all major appliances including a dishwasher, as well as the smaller necessities. Off of the kitchen, you'll find an open bar with seating for two facing the living space, and a dining area on the oceanside with seating for four. Out the nearest sliding door, you are sure to find yourself eating lunch at the picnic table or lounging on the various deck furniture with your morning coffee. The first bedroom is located on this main level, offering a full size bed and direct access to a full bathroom, also shared with the living space.
Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms; The bedroom on your left features a queen bed, a large flat screen TV, and direct access to the top deck, where you will experience stunning views of Topsail! The bedroom on your right offers a pyramid bunk (twin over double), a walk-in closet, and nightstands to store odds and ends. Down the hall, you will find a full shared bathroom for use. Next to the bathroom is the access to the front balcony, so grab a glass of wine and chair at sunset!
The newly landscaped exterior now offers parking for up to 6 cars. This home provides direct access to the beach, laundry amenities downstairs (with full size washer and dryer) and an outside shower.

A non-refundable fee will apply per pet. Limit of 2 pets per reservation. (100lb limit)No Smoking is allowed inside this property.
Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
A Full house linen package can be rented for $201 + tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)See our Available Rental Items page (link) for a complete list of rentable items to add to your reservation!
A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.
A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.
This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.

Very happy with our choice.
This review is about the location we stayed in, not the one originally booked. The house that we reserved was going to be remodeled during our stay. The agency contacted us and gave us a choice of 3 other houses that were available and asked if we would mind switching to one of them. We did and were very happy with our choice.

Everything went absolutely perfect. We were sent e-mails of everything to do and it went without a hitch. The home we stayed (2712 S Shore Dr) was beautiful and everything was met with more than our expectations. We had perfect weather all week. Lewis Realty was awesome and provided us with all our contact-free information that we needed. We will definitely go with them again in the near future.

Relaxing Cozy Clean
We have really enjoyed our stay in the Beach House this week. It is perfectly situated for us, as there is no commercial activity near the property. The ocean is your back yard 24/7 and rocks you to sleep at night. The property was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Wifi worked just fine. We hope to return next year! I loved the option of a lower deck and upper deck. Upper deck great if you want to sit in the sun and also has unobstructed views from Surf City pier all the way to Topsail Beach pier to the south. Lower deck great if you want shade. My husband loved the hammock on the deck. Property is exactly as pictured on the website. What you see is what you get. Simple and relaxing. Cozy Oceanfront
Cute, comfortable home in a nice location. Loved the large window in the master bedroom! What a view! The kitchen was a good size, and the house was clean. We've stayed in larger beach rentals at Topsail, but this one is perfect size for a couple or small family. First impression upon walking in the door was "nicer than expected." Amazing
Thank you for letting my family enjoy your house!!! Just enough room for my family. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. I would like to see a better mattress down stairs (it was kind of hard). The best thing was sitting on the deck watching my son fish. I look forward to renting this house again next year!
