Guests can easily follow the living room around the house until they reach the kitchen and attached dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped to whip up fabulous coastal cuisine. Guests can find themselves fully immersed in the Topsail Island atmosphere when they dine overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway.

Guests can crash after a long journey in any of the three bedrooms the property has to offer. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed in it and is close to the entrance for those looking to crash as soon as possible. The next room down has a pyramid bunk bed in it and is perfect for the kids to tuck away. The final of the three bedrooms has not only a queen-sized bed but a desk with a small television for guests to use.

The property features a large back deck with a boat dock, Under the house in the garage area, guests can look out across the intercoastal waterway via a swinging bench.
