When guests walk in the front door the unique layout of this house is sure to capture their hearts immediately. To the right of the entry is the living room with two couches and two matching recliners. There is more than enough seating for the entire family and then some! Guests can easily follow the living room around the house until they reach the kitchen and attached dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped to whip up fabulous coastal cuisine. Guests can find themselves fully immersed in the Topsail Island atmosphere when they dine overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway.
Guests can crash after a long journey in any of the three bedrooms the property has to offer. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed in it and is close to the entrance for those looking to crash as soon as possible. The next room down has a pyramid bunk bed in it and is perfect for the kids to tuck away. The final of the three bedrooms has not only a queen-sized bed, but a desk with a small television for guests to use.
The property features a large back deck with a boat ramp, perfect for watching those serene sunsets, and taking in a breath of fresh air. Under the house in the garage area, guests can look out across the intercoastal waterway via a swinging bench.

Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
A Full house linen package can be rented for $162 + tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.

A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.

All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

Q: Hello, we're looking at the Waterloo and trying to understand where you park and gain access to the property. We'd also like to know if the boat dock is for the property's use only because your description only mentions the boat ramp. Thanks so much. Jessy Miracle- Jessyca M. Posted: 03/05/2021A:Hi Jessyca, Waterloo has a concrete driveway for parking, please no parking on the grass. The boat ramp and dock are available for guest use, though the dock is only available for kyaks, canoe's, and small watercrafts. All watercrafts must not be stored in the water overnight.
