This interior home doesn't feel too far from the beach. The community beach access is at the end of the street, just two houses away, and the rooftop deck provides a stunning 360-degree view of Topsail Island (from the beach to the sound, and everything in between!). Comfortable, bright, and perfect for large families, this house will have you feeling like you really live on the island. After all, it is located in one of the private communities on the island. Lounge on the covered front porch and get the "Topsail Feeling" for a most relaxing vacation, or hang out on the covered back deck for a more private feeling (brush and landscaping provide shade and privacy for the back area). Cable TV and wireless internet are provided for your convenience. The washer and dryer are inside the property. The house has 2 outdoor shower areas: 1) The first shower is at the front of the carport area, and is unenclosed with cold water only; 2) The second shower is located toward the back of the carport area and is enclosed with hot & cold water with dressing room area included.

The house has a simple H-plan design, which has two bedrooms on either side of the house with a full bath shared between them, and the center contains the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The laundry room and a half bathroom are located at the back of the house, and an additional half bathroom is located on the ground level at the back of the house. Bed sizes include 2 Kings, a Queen, and 2 sets of Bunk Beds (4 Twins). Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided.

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 1 towel set per occupancy, bathmats for each full bath, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge.
