Are you looking for a peaceful place to land for your Topsail Island vacation? Pelican's Perch has opened its doors and is now accepting reservations year round! 
This stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, located in the Cape Island community of North Topsail Beach, is fresh to the rental market and ready to become your next home away from home here on Topsail. When you first arrive you will find ample parking for at least 4 cars in the driveway and space for 1 more in the attached garage. Walk up the entry stairs and use your keyless access code to get our vacation started. On the first level of this reverse floorplan home you are greeted with a small sitting area that offers access to the first floor covered deck. This sitting area also offers a sleeper sofa for the extra members of your party. To the left of the sitting area you will find the first bedroom suite. This room offers a Queen bed, access to the covered deck and a private full bath with shower/tub combo. Across the hall from this bedroom you will find the laundry room complete with a full size stackable washer and dyer. To the right of the sitting room you will find 2 other bedrooms and a shared full bath. The sound side bedroom offers a Full bed and access to the sound side deck. The middle bedroom also offers a Queen bed and has access to both a screened in porch on the sound side and the covered front porch. 

Upstairs you will find the main living area. The open living room offers a comfortable place for the whole family to gather together after a long day on the beach. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Large Flat screen TV or stay connected with the provided wireless internet. Windows line the whole wall in the living room so  you won't miss a moment of the spectaular intracoastal waterway view. Enjoy family dinners at the dining table that offers seating for 6. There are additional seats at the bar so everyone can eat together! just off the dining area you will find a second screen in porch area. This leads out to the large sound side top deck where you can waste the day away sunbathing and watching the boats travel down the waterway. Back inside, the beautiful kitchen is equipped with all major applicances and items for your basic cooking needs. This stunning space welcomes you to prepare amazing meals throughout your stay or just enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning with an unbeatable view. Off the living room there is a shared half bath located in the hall by the stairs. Directly across from it you will find the final bedroom suite. This room offers a King bed, Flat Screen TV, access to the sound side top deck and a private full bath with tiled shower. **This property has a decommissioned elevator that will be blocked off for the safety of our guests.

Your family can enjoy time outdoors as well! The home offers lot of yard space on both the front and back side of the home. On the sound side there is a covered area perfect for grilling and relaxing out of the sun. On the front side of the home, by the garage there is a stroage room where you can store oall of your beach gear to keep the sand at bay. The Cape Island community offers guests access to a community pool, community boat ramp and a private beach access just a short walk away, directly beside the Villa Capriani complex.
