Chapel Chill
Chapel Chill is an excellent choice for groups that need a larger property, but remains at a more affordable rate than oceanfront. This second row home's reversed living floor plan provides great views of the ocean just across the street! This property is clean, comfortable, so cozy, and has all the provisions you'll need during your vacation. A large yard on the sound side of the house provides plenty of room to run and play, but be mindful that the area is NOT fenced. Beach access is right across the street! Cable TV and wireless internet are provided for your convenience. Outdoor shower has hot & cold water and is enclosed.
The top level consists of the living area, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. The ocean side master bedroom features a king bed, a sliding door to the deck, and a full bathroom. The lower level holds the remaining 3 bedrooms, all facing the ocean. Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds in each and share the third bathroom located at the end of the hall nearest the entry door. The queen bedroom on the end has a private bathroom.
Bed sizes include 1 King, 1 Queen and 4 Twins. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Please arrange to bring your own sheets & towels. Linen rental information is available upon request.

Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
A Full house linen package can be rented for $240 + tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)See our Available Rental Items page (link) for a complete list of rentable items to add to your reservation!
A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.
A 7-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.No pesky Security Deposits!
All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.

We asked for a couple of extra cleaning items before arriving due to grandchildren with asthma and Lewis Realty was kind enough to help us. During our stay we had some maintenance issues that were taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend booking with Lewis Realty
