This cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in the Sea Coast Suites complex is located on N. Topsail Drive, just a few blocks away from the Surf City Pier. Enjoy all the comforts of home while being just steps away from the beach!
When you first arrive at the complex you will find covered parking under the building. There are stairwells on either side of the parking area, and an elevator near the stairs on the left. Head upstairs to the second floor and enjoy that ocean view as you make your way to the condo. Once inside you are greeted by an open living area that invites you to kick your shoes off and relax. The cozy living room offers ample seating for your party to gather around and chat after a long day at the beach. The comfy couch also converts to a full-size futon bed to create an additional sleeping option. The full kitchen comes equipped with all of your basic cooking needs, including all major appliances, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and dishware. The dining area provides a simple space where you can all sit down and enjoy those home-cooked meals together.
The Master bedroom offers a King-sized bed, flat-screen cable TV, and sound side view of Surf City. The second bedroom offers a Twin bed and office space for those who need to work remotely during their stay. The full bath is located in the hallway and offers a double vanity sink as well as a shower tub combo. Directly across the hall, tucked away in its own closet you will find a stackable washer and dryer.
Enjoy sitting out on the shared porch where you get a birds-eye view of Surf City. When you are ready to head down to the beach, the nearest access is just a block away at the corner of Goldsboro Ave. The beach is calling so book your stay at Sea Coast Suites # 15 today!

A Full house linen package can be rented for $123 + tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.

Seacoast Suites #15
Absolutely loved staying at this location. Not only is it the perfect distance away from the beach but it is close to restaurants, coffee shops, and little boutiques. The space was also very clean and well put together with plenty of amenities. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the living room, which was equipped with comfortable couches and a great TV to watch movies on. We loved our stay at Seacoast 15! Great location! Very cute and up to date unit. I especially enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning, while my husband enjoyed the tv in the living room. We loved our week long stay in Surf CIty!
We loved our week long stay in Surf CIty! The location was close to all the restaurants, beach, and activities that it made moving around very convenient. The place was equipped with everything we needed and I recommend going there first before purchasing household items as many were provided from previous guests.
