When you first arrive you will find 2 parking spaces right in from of the home. The property offers a garage, but it is available for storage only. Please do not park inside. Use your Keyless Access code to check in at the property and get your vacation started! The first floor has access to the wet weather entry, a foyer area, and the garage storage area where you can leave your beach gear. Walk through the garage and enjoy a covered sound side patio with views of the marsh and Surf City Bridge. Head up the stairs and you are greeted by the bedroom level of this reverse floor plan home. On your right, you will find the Master Suite. This room is complete with a King Bed, flat screen smart TV, a private covered sound side deck, a walk-in closet, and access to a private full bath. The full bath offers a vanity sink, a shower-tub combo, and relaxing sound side views. Two other bedrooms are located on this floor as well as a full shared bathroom. One bedroom offers a Queen Bed while the other offers a Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin over Full). Both bedrooms have Flat screen Smart TVs and access to the covered Island side deck. The shared bathroom for these bedrooms is conveniently located in the hall and offers a vanity sink and shower-tub combo. You will find the full-sized washer and dryer located on this floor tucked away in a separate double-door closet centrally located in the hall. 

Prepare to be blown away by the views as you walk upstairs! Look 2 your right and you have an incredible unobstructed view of the Intracoastal waterway. Look 2 your left and enjoy our beautiful Island with peek-a-boo views of the ocean. The living room sits sound side and offers ample comfortable seating, a Flat Screen Smart TV, and access to the Sound Side deck. Once you step outside, you may never want to come back inside. The one-of-a-kind view is breathtaking! You can watch boats travel down the Intracoastal and wildlife living their best lives in our maritime marsh. You can even wave at people as they come across the bring into Surf City. Back inside, a cozy sitting area just off the living room provides the perfect nook to read a book while losing yourself in the amazing marsh view. 

The full Kitchen provides guests with all of their basic cooking needs as well as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and stunning cabinetry. Whip up amazing meals or grab a take-home steamer pot from Topsail Steamer, which is located just across the street! The dining table offers seating for 6 with an additional 2 stools located at the Kitchen Bar. Freshen up before dinner in the full shared bath that is located just off the kitchen. The final bedroom in this amazing home is located just off the living area and offers a Queen Bed, Flat Screen Smart TV, and access to the Island Side Sun deck. Sip your coffee in the morning while watching the island come to life and the waves crashing in the distance.

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $201 + tax. 
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.
