Queen's Grant offers convenient community amenities for its guests. The complex has private beach accesses for its residents and guests between each oceanfront building. The sound side of the complex is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool which is open May through September. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is used on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Cable is provided in the master bedroom and living room only. The TV in the queen bedroom is operational and can be used to hook up your gaming equipment, Fire Sticks, Roku, or just a DVD player to watch movies.
Bed sizes include a King, a Queen, 2 Twins, and 2 Rollaways (Twins). Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided.
• ***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***
• Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property.

Our family of 5 had an amazing time.
We just stayed for 7 nights in the Queens Grant D-113 condo on south Topsail. The view was magnificent. Our family of 5 had an amazing time. Everything worked as it should. We had an issue with the rear bathroom shower faucet turning on. It turns out we were just dummies. Maintenance man showed up promptly and showed us how to turn it on(pull it out and then turn lol) Check in and out was effortless. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again from Lewis.
