This cozy oceanfront cottage is an excellent choice for a group retreat on the southern end of Topsail Island. The wonderful reverse living floor plan capitalizes on the ocean views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen on the upper floor. The bedrooms on the lower floor each have sliding doors that access the oceanfront deck, so you can wake up each morning and race to the beach! The house is also located in the relaxing town of Topsail Beach, where life is slow-paced and laid-back. Go for a bike ride around the town, or walk down the beach to the Jolly Roger Pier. Enjoy a few select restaurants and shops in the area, then go back to the house to enjoy a nap without being disturbed by work. Cable TV on two flat screens and two conventional TVs are provided for your convenience. Wireless internet access and unlimited long-distance phone service are also provided for the time you spend indoors. Just remember that you don't need an iPad to look at the beach when you're already here! The outdoor shower is enclosed and offers hot and cold water! The washer and dryer are inside the house.
Bed sizes include 1 King,1 Queen, and 2 Twins. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided.

LOVE THIS HOUSE!!
We've been renting this house since 2018! the location is perfect, the outdoor shower is perfect, NOW that there's a king in the master it's even MORE perfect for us. The upper deck could use some TLC, boards are lifting. That will NOT stop us from coming back here next year for 2 weeks, possibly 3. Nice vacation spot
Hurricane Deb had caused some water to enter through a bedroom sliding door. The problem was resolved quickly. We have rented this house for 3 consecutive years and have a tentative reservation for 2025 also.- Mike D from Va, Posted: 08/19/2024
We stayed June 19-26, 2021 at No Way Out, a rental house represented by Lewis Realty. Lewis Realty was always quick to find answers to our initial questions as we made the decision to rent. The guest portal is easy to use and informative. The check-in process was quick; we received our binder with a cheery, "Enjoy your week!" I received short emails throughout the week with information and reminders. Finally, the check-out process was clear; once we left the house, we drove to the office and dropped the binder in the outside box. I would rent with Lewis Realty again with no hesitation.

Honestly one of my favorite houses I've ever stayed in on topsail. If you like the south end of the island, this house has a lot going for it. It was overall clean, area was quiet, everything worked properly, and it had an outdoor shower, which I love. Will definitely stay here again.
