Margaritaville
Lovely waterfront home with a convenient boat dock on the canal. Bright colors and beachy decor inside make this fun little cottage a great place for groups who want to have a good time. Convenient handicap accessible beach access at the end of the street, just a few houses away. Dock your boat in the back and be ready to enjoy the water anytime and when you're all finished, rinse off in the newly hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower! Brand new wall to wall living room carpet , Cable TV and wireless internet provided for your convenience and comfort. Washer and dryer are in a separate room on the ground floor. The second full bathroom is located on the ground floor by the laundry room, and is fully finished with tiled floor and shower.
Summer 2020 also includes a new deck to enjoy those scenic water views, so turn up Jimmy Buffet on the stereo, grab that full margarita, and get ready to have a good ol' Topsail vacation at Margaritaville.
Bed sizes include 2 Queens, a Double, and 1 Twin. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Please arrange to bring your own sheets & towels. Linen rental information is available upon request.

Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
A Full house linen package can be rented for $162 + tax.
This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)See our Available Rental Items page (link) for a complete list of rentable items to add to your reservation!
A 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons.
A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.No pesky Security Deposits!
All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.

Beautiful Home
This home met all the expectations our family had. Super clean, great dock, easy walk to the beach. This property is going down as one of the best vacation homes we have rented at Topsail. Cant wait for another week to waste away again in Margaritaville!- Anonymous U , Posted: 06/12/2021

Clean, comfortable, quiet. This rental is a family's home and it's easy to see by the pictures that they have had lots of good memories here. The home is not fancy but was spotlessly clean at check in. The kitchen is very well stocked with pretty much all you need for cooking most meals. It's a very short walk to the beach. Low traffic area at the end of island and our kids safely rode their bikes all around. The boat dock is excellent but steep at low tide (careful with elderly parents and grandparents). One bathroom is upstairs and one is downstairs in the carport. We loved this place and will be back.
