When you first arrive you will find parking for 2 vehicles in the covered carport area plus ample parking in front of the home. Use your keyless access code to enter and get your vacation started. This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Oceanfront home is located on S Anderson Blvd in Topsail Beach. This property will sleep up to 6 adults and offers a Queen Bed and Four Twin Beds.

When you open the door at your vacation home, you will find a spacious kitchen with plenty of space for the family to join in cooking meals together. Directly across you have the dining room that seats 6 people and 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. After your tummies get full walk into the living room area and enjoy the relaxing views of the ocean. Also on this floor is a full bathroom as well as a bedroom with a Queen bed with its own private balcony overlooking the sound side of the house. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where you'll find two bedrooms and a second full bathroom shared between them. Both bedrooms have two twin beds.

• Linens (Sheets and Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

• A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required during our Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. A 3-night minimum stay will be required during our Castaway and Maritime seasons. Please see the rate section for season dates.

• No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

• This property offers PointCentral Keyless Access for a speedy check-in. Check-in instructions will be emailed to the reservation holder.
