When you first arrive you are greeted by a large driveway and garage with enough space to accommodate up to 6 cars. Use your keyless access code to check in at the property and get your vacation started! On the first floor of this reverse floor plan home, you will find 4 of the 7 bedrooms as well as 4 full baths and a laundry room conveniently located off the hall. The first bedroom offers a Twin w/ Trundle Bed, Pyramid Bunk Bed Set, a Private Bath, and a Flatscreen TV. The second bedroom offers a King size bed, a Private Bath, A Flat Screen TV, and access to a covered oceanfront deck. The third bedroom also offers a King size bed, a Private Bath, A Flat Screen TV, and access to a covered oceanfront deck. This covered oceanfront deck is home to the private large hot tub and guests can enjoy this amenity year-round! The final bedroom on this floor offers a King size bed, a Private Bath, and a Flat Screen TV. 

Head upstairs where you are greeted by the spacious and open living area. Ample comfortable seating for the whole family is provided so that you can gather after a long day on the beach to catch up on your favorite shows and movies on the large flat-screen TV. Please note: The fireplace is for decoration only, and will not be operational during the rental season. Enjoy stunning oceanfront views through the multiple windows that surround the room. When you want to listen to the waves crash in front of the home, step out onto the spacious partially covered deck just off the living room. Chairs are provided so that you can kick back and relax while soaking in the incredible views. When your party gets hungry head back inside and whip up a chef-worthy meal in the stunning kitchen. Complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of your basic cooking needs you will feel like a professional in no time! The oversized round dining table with lazy susan offers seating for 14 and there are an additional 4 high-top chairs at the bar so your whole family can enjoy meals together. A shared full Jack and Jill bathroom is located just off the kitchen so your guests can freshen up before taking a seat.  Off the living room, you will find the 5th bedroom this property offers, which is complete with Queen Sleeper Sofa, flat screen TV, and access to the shared full Jack and Jill bathroom. 

One last trip up the stairs and you will find the final 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. These master suites each offer a King bed, a large flat-screen TV, a private sitting area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a private wet bar, and a large private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. These suites also share a private sundeck that offers a stunning Atlantic Ocean view. A light-load stackable washer and dryer are also available on this floor for your convenience.

• Linens (Sheets & Towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service:
  
  

• A Full house linen package can be rented for $ 474 + tax.
  This will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.
  
  

• Individual bed sheet sets can be rented for $39 + tax per bed.
  This will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)
