Each town on Topsail Island currently has plans through out 2019 and 2020 to re-nourish their beaches due to erosion. Please see each town link below for the latest information on those re-nourishment projects. 

If you have booked or plan to book a reservation during any of the project dates, please understand that your access to the beach may be effected. Lewis Realty will do our best to keep you up to date with these projects but has no control over the work schedules of the contractors hired by each town. They have scheduled this work to the best of their ability to be completed during the islands "Off Season" in order to lessen the impact on vacationers to our area.
